Terms of Service
Effective 23 October 2026
These terms apply to the GoLive app for macOS and the website letsgolive.app. GoLive is made by Samar Kishor ("we", "us"). By using GoLive you agree to these terms. Contact: hello@letsgolive.app.
1. YouTube and Google
GoLive uses YouTube API Services. By using GoLive with YouTube you also agree to the YouTube Terms of Service, and Google's processing of your data is covered by the Google Privacy Policy. GoLive is not made, endorsed or sponsored by YouTube or Google.
2. Using GoLive
- You may use GoLive to stream to channels and pages you own or are allowed to manage.
- You are responsible for what you stream and post, including chat replies sent by the app on your behalf. It must follow the rules of each platform you stream to, such as the YouTube Community Guidelines, and the law.
- Only stream content you have the rights to use: videos, music, photos, logos and names. Fan votes and awards you run are your own and must not be presented as official.
- If you run giveaways or prizes with viewers, you are responsible for their rules and for following the law and platform policies.
- Do not use GoLive to spam, mislead viewers, inflate views or votes artificially, or get around any platform's limits.
3. Your accounts and keys
You keep control of your accounts. Your sign-ins, stream keys and API keys stay on your Mac. You are responsible for keeping your Mac and any server you use secure, and for charges from services you connect, such as AI providers or your server host.
4. AI features
AI features are optional and use your own AI provider key. AI-written text can be wrong; review it, and use "approve each reply" if you want to check every chat reply before it is sent.
5. The software
We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use GoLive. Do not resell, copy for others, or reverse-engineer it except where the law allows. GoLive is in private testing: features may change or stop, and live streams can be interrupted by internet, platform or computer problems.
6. No warranty
GoLive is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that a live will start, run without interruption, be saved by a platform, or reach any number of viewers.
7. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost revenue, lost data, or platform actions on your accounts arising from your use of GoLive. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for GoLive in the 12 months before the claim, if any.
8. Ending use
You can stop using GoLive at any time and remove its access to your Google account in your Google security settings. We may suspend access to GoLive if these terms are broken.
9. Changes and law
We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the latest version. These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh, without limiting any rights you have under the laws where you live.
